Enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy in February 1995. Served in Auxilliary vessels Wallaroo and Koraaga. Served in Her Majesty’s Australian Ships Huon, Hawkesbury, Diamantina, Yarra, Parramatta and Westralia. Awarded the Afghanistan campaign medal, Australian Active Service Medal, twice Awarded the Australian Service Medal – clasps Bougainville and Solomon Islands, awarded the Operational Service Medal for service in support of Border Protection, awarded the Defence Long Service Medal and Australian Defence Medal. Retired in 2021 after 26 years service
